The work is carried out at various locations based on the project you belong to, which means daily travel will occur.

What the job entails:

As a Technician at Eltel, you will work with cable pulling and the installation of cable ladders. An experienced technician will be on-site for guidance. Part of the job involves laying cables outdoors in the ground. Furthermore, the installation of access points in ceilings or on walls is included, which means screwing in 4 screws and then clicking on an access point. Initially, fiber will be spliced by an experienced technician, while the termination of CAT6 cables (common data network) will be done by the applicant, but there is potential for more in the future.

The assignment we are looking for is expected to start in early April and will begin with 4 months, with a chance of extension. The work will initially take place at the customer's site from 07:30 to 16:00 on weekdays and will be based out of your nearest local office.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and has a strong work ethic. You enjoy working physically and have a positive attitude towards taking on practical tasks. It is important that you are structured and focused in your work, as well as having the willingness to learn.

Experience in fiber or electricity is an advantage, for example through vocational education in electricity and fiber or through previous practical experience. A driver's license is a requirement.
